The four-zip gimmick is a nuisance. One of the outer zips is now completely stuck, making it impossible to open the case fully. It is only two months old. How do I get it replaced?

It's a nice carry on size case which also matches my larger one of the same make perfectly.

Used the case for the first time and one of the wheels fell to pieces.

Sadly the bag was quite easily broken into on my last flight. The TSA lock was picked, the zip handle locking mechanism was bent. A few marks left around the lock where it was picked and broken. Doesn’t seem to have been too difficult for the thieves at the airport. Personal belongings were stolen. For that reason I cannot recommend this bag since your things are not safe inside it.
