The rucksack is well-built and has many pockets. Unfortunately, the shoulder straps were the letdown, not thick and padded enough, and no chest/waist support belts, it started to tear after the second use. The straps also touch the ground when used as a pulley.

I was hunting for a suitable bag for work and was delighted when I finally found this unit. It ticked all the boxes on my list for being able to fit all the tech and files I lug around on a daily basis. It is made of sturdy construction and the rollers are smooth. It can get heavy pretty fast though when adding items due to its slightly heavy empty weight. I will get an opportunity to test it out during my upcoming business travels, and I am sure it can live up to the expectation of a well rounded business travel bag.

Been used extensively across cities, on trains for a month fully laden with IT kit and files etc. Wheels survived the onslaught of pavements and paths that other bags succumbed to. Too heavy this time to test the backpack beyond an initial test when it felt comfortable. This bag shows little sign of wear. Have recommended to others in the company.

The case is a two wheel roller case for 17"+ laptops. Part of the Samsonite Pro-DLX 5 range. It is very well made, with lots of pockets and dividers to suit every item you may want (including a 10.1" tablet). It has space for enough clothes for a long weekend trip as well. This is a quality item. It's only drawback may be the weight as it is a heavy piece of luggage. If you have a carry on weight limit it does limit what you can put in it. If not and you have a 17.3" laptop to carry in style this will suit your needs very well.

About the product, this is really good and handy. And about the price, It is a bit embarrassed. 22% price down in a few weeks.. that hurts.
