Ring Alarm Motion Detector (2nd Gen) 4SP1SZ-0EU0 Trådlöst larmsystem-expansion Rörelsesensor

This bell was not what we were hoping for as the ring was not loud enough to hear when outside and we are indoors with the doors closed. We needed a plug in chimer like we already have with our bell we have at present but EE and BT did not know what we were talking about when we phoned them. We were only offered a Motion detector, range extender or a contact sensor. Because of the problems we returned the bell but EE said because we had sent it back, we would be refunded but had to pay £5.99 postage. We said we returned it because it was faulty because of the lack of volume but the Resolution Department didn’t want to know about this problem and we would still have pay. They later emailed us and said there was a chimer with various volumes and sounds we could have purchased. Why didn’t they tell us that before we sent it back and when we asked them if there was a chimer available. Not happy. We still think they owe us the postage.
