Chanel Joues Contraste Powder Blush - - 5 g

Great powder blush that is baked so will last a very long time. Gives a glowy finish and blends easily. I don't need to apply highlighter when using these blushes as they are enough on their own. Have a pleasant fragrance which is not too overpowering.

Great shade with a beautiful contrast. Top quality. Nice and smooth. This is not the first time I'm purchasing this blusher and I keep coming back.

I do love the original formulation that Chanel has returned to again in 2018. It creates a more lasting finish. It seems that they are again going away from this formulation favouring a petrolatum-free formula sadly. the latter is just too drying and staying power is non-existent. Colours are natural and the perfect accessory to creates an extremely natural finish that makes all faces pretty. I have been a huge fan of this blush since the mid-1990s and since these are literally lasting for decades, I have an excellent collection of the most flattering colours. I will repurchase when Chanel once again returns to the original, non-drying, non-streaking formulation.

One of the most awful blushes I have ever had. These used to be better 20 years ago. It applies sheer and patchy. I have 2 shades: Brume D'Or and Malice. Brume D'Or does nothing for me. If you wear a bronzer already there is no need to wear this shade. Malice is a pink that has face brightening effect however this applies also patchy and is hard to blend. I have w7 blushes that apply like s dream and cost 5 euros. This cost 8 times that and does not deliver! The brush that comes with this can work in a pinch.

This is probably the worst blusher I have ever bought. I knew it was baked and would need scratching to get any off onto the brush but this is so pale it is useless and also no staying power. I even tried a different brush. I should have believed other reviews and have binned it. Can't believe this of Chanel.
