Osprey Renn 65 Damryggsäck

This pack has some really great features and I wanted to love it so much, but it’s not functional for me due to the bottom of the frame cutting into my lower back/upper glutes after a long day of hiking. Additionally, the constant squeaking became maddening a few miles into a 40 mile trip.

This is a fantastic pack, super light and easy to adjust. Perfect for fitting all your gear on overnight hikes.

Great backpack! Accidentally ordered EF one size which was too big. Wasn’t able to exchange because there are no REI store near me. Will return EF one size separately. Originally bought during Labor Day sale. When I called about returning wrong one they said they would honor the sale price for the correct size, and they did!! Which I really appreciate! Have used on short walks so far to train for backpacking adventure next fall. So far so good! Very comfortable and easily adjustable.

Only one backpacking trip so far, and this seems to meet my needs. I do wish it had more outside pockets, but this is great for the price. I like the adjustability, since I'm 5'2" with a short torso. The hip belt is super easy to adjust, along with all the other straps. The brain is also huge and convenient. Again, I'd like more pockets or webbing on the outside, but the loops will be enough to attach what I need. Looking forward to upcoming trips with this pack. I didn't notice any noise, but my friend behind me said it was loud and irksome - but it didn't bother me at all.
