Purchased a month ago for commuting to work, so far it’s been great. Well made with lots of pockets to keep you organized. Water bottle pocket actually holds the bottle securely!

I purchased this bag 10 years ago and is carried daily! simple yet very intelligently designed.

I loved the overall quality and features of this bag.

This was a gift for someone who commutes to work via biking. So far, they love it. It’s been raining all week, and their stuff has been protected. They love the pockets and ease of grabbing their computer from the side. Only complaint is that the key lease is too short, so they added a retractable leash to add length.

I've had this bag since 2019, now over 5 years on it's still my everyday bag for laptop/work as well as light travel/carry-on or riding my bike around town. It's showing almost no signs of wear despite the regular use and I'm thrilled with it! The only small complaint I have that I've been dealing with since the beginning is the strange decision to recess the clips on the front flap so I can't actually grab them to snap them. I still find myself clawing at them from the sides and pushing sideways just to get enough purchase on them to provide resistance for the snap. Such a strange design. But, like I said, the durability and functionality of the bag in every other way overshadows that minor issue.
