After trying lots of different shampoos for dry frizzy hair I tried this shampoo. It is the best by far. It leaves my hair so smooth and silky. It does the job better than all the much more expensive shampoos I have tried.

I used head a shoulders about a decade back. The reason I switched shampoos is because I found the H&S too drying for my scalp. Therefore after wash day I was always left with an itchy irritated scalp. Years later I decided to give it another go. I've been hopping from one shampoo to another lately as my scalp is extremely fussy. However, I was wrong to think that this time would be any different. I had completely same results. The smell is also abit too strong for me that lingers for a while. While it may work for someone people, it certainly did not for me

Have been using H&S for the past 3 years to keep from having dandruff. I love this one the scent is nice and it makes my hair shiny.

Have been using H and S for donkeys years and generally fab. However my hair is much greasier using the new 3 action formula and I am now looking to find the old formula on the shelves really disappointed.

Having used H&S for 30 years I immediately noticed that the consistency had changed despite the packaging seeming identical. On closer inspection in small print it says ‘New formula’ next to the ingredients and it now includes cocamidopropyl betaine. I am allergic to this ingredient (confirmed by a dermatologist) so can no longer use H&S. Any chance of reverting to the old formula?
