Philips Ny! Series 600i luftrenare, vit

Had the purifier for nearly a month n the app sent a message to clean the the filter which I did. No sooner I put it back it sent me another message saying it needs cleaning. I think I have cleaned more than half a dozen times. I called there help line who was really helpful and told me delete the existing app n reinstall the latest app which I read but it still sending messages to clean the filter. I have given up waiting for a response from Philips.

Shortly after purchase the app sent a message that the filter needed cleaning. After cleaning the filter there is no way to reset the app and it constantly shows the filter needs cleaning. After extensive contact with Philips, who initially failed to get back to me on numerous occasions, I have been advised that it is not possible to reset without changing the filter, although the filter apparently still has 65% useful life

I purchased this as a Christmas gift and it was a great choice. The recipient was really happy with it and has already put it to good use. The machine looks good, feels like great value. Would definitely recommend as a gift idea.

I have it in my bedroom and have not noticed any difference. I was hoping it would reduce my eye allergies as I wake up with itchy eyes. Clean sheets new pillows new doona new carpet hoped it would help.

Great for home purposes, especially those with pets.
