Best monitor I’ve owned. The 40” ultrawide screen is the perfect size for productivity and multitasking, with loads of space for multiple windows without needing two separate monitors. The picture quality is excellent, text is extremely sharp and the colours look great. The build quality also feels very premium. Expensive, but definitely worth it if you spend a lot of time working at your d

Dark one side, bright the other. Over a week and still waiting for LG to get back to me with a replacement. Besides that and other than the muffled speakers and buzzy fan, it's alright as 4k ultra wide monitors go.

This has proved to be a really great buy, and one I'm so pleased I made. The quality is simply first class. It all connected to my new Mac Mini and works seamlessly. The picture quality is outstanding. If you are in the market for a high quality 5K monitor, then in my opinion the 40U990A-W 40" wide curved Monitor would be a superb choice.
