vertical black lines intermittently appear and require power cycle and customer service has been slow and not accommodating. I would not buy an LG product again. I am still waiting for a person from my "escalated case" to reach out.

I bought this monitor about 3 months ago as I was in search for a replacement of my triple monitor setup. I'm currently using a desktop gaming PC and a work laptop, which I use a KVM to switch between my devices. The monitor includes DQHD, high refresh rate, IPS and USB-C PD for 90W. The main feature of the monitor I was looking for is the in-built KVM feature to allow switching from different video inputs. Unfortunately from a software perspective, LG doesn't offer any type of application that can change the video inputs from the monitor itself. I've spoken to LG online support and they've confirmed none of their available apps can change monitor input. To change the input it has to be with the monitor button at the back of the monitor which is inconvenient. For the purpose of using the monitor for just the display aspect, then the monitor is amazing. For the use of a KVM and the fact that LG mentions KVM as a feature is disappointing. 3.5/5 overall.

Monitor arrived well packaged, and good touch having the VESA screws already in place. The Amazon product description said the monitor had USB3.0 upstream but when monitor arrived it did not. How LG missed the boat on this is really unbelievable. there's USB3.0 Ports on the side, but the Upstream port is only USB2.0?

The colours are vivid and picture looks great. It doesnt take up as much room as I had thought on the desk sue to the 800r curve, which looks awesome, it for sure makes a statement and in game you get lost. My only complaint so far are the speakers, while they sound fine, the fact that I have to Alt-Tab out of things to adjust the sound is a real pain. I think the webos one comes with a remote..they should maybe include it with this as well or have a separate button for them on the unit
