Unfortunately used it 3 hours and plastic melted on top have return this via DPD /Amazon I'm most upset as I thought I was buying reliable brand - we grew up with Philip everything in my parents home , my husband and I have Philips here in our home in UK but very worried on quality and what happened here

I have this screen at my home office. It is a great screen with a great image. The USB-C dock station feature is great. It works very well with a LENOVO and HP notebook. But when I connect the Surface Pro 9 to it. It unfortunately does not recognize the screen via USB-C. The USB-C works partially as you can use the mouse and keyboard connected to the monitor USB ports, but the screen shows no image and you get a message in the surface pro 9 "weak charging state, please check power charger". The lens of the monitor built in camera are not wide angle. So it basically shows your face very big to others in Teams meetings and you have to tilt the whole monitor to aim correctly at your face as you cannot move the camera up and down not even a little. And this is annoying because you have to see the monitor tilted in an angle for the camera and not at you preferred angle. The video resolution from the camera is good though for team meetings.
