Bought this as a replacement for the 49inch curve to have a main display works better, it is paired with a vertical 24inch 2k screen. Great features but misses out of Display Daisy chain some of the cheaper flat Samsung screens come with.

I received a new monitor however it was damaged with some pixels on the screen not working. I had to spent 1 hour on the phone with Samsung support who then determined it was indeed defective. Instead of issuing a replacement with return immediately, I had to spend another 2 hours on text messaging and phone with no immediate help to get this item replaced right away. Be aware of poor help if you receive a bad product. They want you to wait for a return and then won't guarantee the same price until they receive a return, so no product that you paid for new for over 2 weeks.

This is the first monitor in my life that has gone bad. I bought this monitor a year and a half ago. It started showing black shades on both the sides and is now not usable. Called samsung support, and they were most non supportive and unhelpful. Basically they don't want to own upto their own product and are hiding behind warranty. Simply lousy. Don't buy from these people.

Use it daily and is working great. Im thonk ill buy another fir a extra computer
