Brilliant monitor for people who use their pc for both work and leisure. Super bright, fast refresh with great image quality and doesn't have to be babied like an OLED. Far superior to having dual monitors as you don't have your screens divided with monitor bezels in the middle of your field of view. My only critique is that it can kick out a lot of heat when in HDR mode. If you live in a hot country or have poor ventilation you will significantly heat up your room. I'd also highly recommend a wall arm mount as the included stand will take up your whole desk and desk mounted arms generally have issues supporting the weight of this thing.

The extra height definitely brings a lot usability to the ultrawide form factor, the 2x 4k resolution and 1000 nits is great (I have my desk facing window and fully usable on bright days). Not an oled but brightness with Samsung's QD is a worthwhile tradeoff. However, do know that you will need at least a 5080 to run modern games at reasonable frame rates as it's equivalent to running 2x 4k displays running side by side or half an 8k screen. Expect 50-70 fps raw raster at max settings with a 5090, with at least some DLSS required to get to 120 frames. It does not run at 240 at full resolution, so that's a little misleading, but realistically we're at least a generation away from GPU's that can actually drive this at 2x4k at 240hz.

I brought this monitor 6 months ago and I am loving it so far. Gaming experience have been next level with a RTX 5090. Make sure you have a suitable graphics card that can handle this beauty. I moved from RTX 5070 to 5090 and experience the full quality of the monitor. Yes there is a slight glow but if the monitor is at the correct eye level then there are no issues. I am using the monitor to game and work from home. Would be beneficial if samsung can add a remote to this monitor.

This monitor is amazing. I have seen some other reviewers saying that this monitor does not support it full native resolution at 240hrz. But it certainly does. Running it at 7680x2160 at 240hrz no issues. For this to work you need a good GPU- I'm using a RTX 5080 and a Display cable that can handle the data. One for 2.1b I recommend. Also I found I had to change the settings in the monitor to the 2.1 port manually as it does not do this automatically.

I’ve had this monitor for two years now and I can say it’s an absolute beast and I find myself struggling to go to something smaller. Great for productivity because of the wide screen space and pretty good for gaming. Beware though that the resolution is running two 4k resolution monitors simultaneously on the horizontal side so you’ll need a beast of a graphics card to touch the 100fps range. I started with an RTX 3080 and couldn’t use 4k at all in newer titles at the time. I’d recommend a 4090 or 5090 if you want to touch native high fps or 5080 with Frame Gen if you want to smooth the fps. On the QC side I bought direct from Samsung and the monitor was pretty well but one of the screws for my monitor is stripped now so that sucks. Overall satisfied with the monitor since it toes the line of visual quality very well thanks to mini led technology
