Quality of printer is excellent. Set up was a little frustrating as the make & model didn't appear on Canon's installation site, and instructions not fully clear on certain settings, however the quality of scanning and printing is fantastic.

Good Points: I have had Canon printers for over 25 years. This is the best yet with good itegration of the functions. Prints text, photos and scans really well.

I bought this printer for the ADF and A3 capabilities. I've never had a Canon printer let me down so try to stick with them. This printer produces great quality prints, even at A3 and scans really well. I don't like the Canon software so I use Vuescan, which just works every time. This printer's footprint isn't much bigger than your regular A4 printer, but you have to allow more space at the back if you're printing A3. I've only given it 4 stars for two reasons; 1. It wouldn't join my TP-Link Deco M5 mesh network and 2. It won't scan duplex via the ADF (not as big a problem as it could be, I can join PDF's and move pages around).
