This is my first purchase when it comes to printers. Honestly? I don't regret it. I didn't expect it to be so cool. What impressed me was the photo printing. I didn't expect it to be such great quality. Now I don't have to go to shopping malls to print a photo. This printer does it 1000 times better than those supermarket ones. It's worth spending every penny on it. And the ink refilling is great you tilt it put it in and take it out in a few seconds. Everything is clean not flooded. Perfect equipment .if you are not sure what to buy read the above text again. believe me you will not regret it. I love expensive high quality equipment and this one is simply amazing

This is second Ecotank I purchased for work. Both printers work great and print full color really fast. The cost per page is really low. The printer also works great as a copier and document scanner.

I recently purchased the EcoTank Pro ET-5850 with high hopes, given its promise of a cartridge-free system. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The printer failed twice, necessitating replacements each time. I also encountered significant difficulties connecting the printer to my computer, which cost me several hours of troubleshooting. Ultimately, I switched to an HP model, which has been working without issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Epson EcoTank Pro ET-5850. For those considering a reliable office printer, I suggest exploring alternatives, particularly from HP. This experience has led me to advise against purchasing this specific Epson model.

This is a phenominal printer. Fast! The only reason not to give it 5 stars is the somewhat lackluster photos it produces. Don't get me wrong, the photos are good, just not great. My old Epson 735 did a better job. Paper handling while doing double sided scanning and printing has been flawless and that is what I needed this printer for. Did I mention it is FAST?!!
