Item arrived with broken feeder and output covers, broken housing bezel, and bent feeder motor arms. Items is useless in this condition.

Printers are of the devil, but if you have to have an old style impact printer, these are real workhorses. I usually get many years of use out of them before they give out - and they take a lot of abuse from the users in a warehouse environment.

Had one of these in our hardware store to print multi-part invoices for about ten years. It finally started malfunctioning, so I ordered a new one. If you want a printer that does pretty good printing speed for dot-matrix, and last and lasts, this is not a bad choice.

We ordered this printer because we had a similar model for over 10 years with no problem. We wanted this one to print out forms on 3 part paper and it will print 3 forms perfect then get all out of alignment. We called EPSON and verified it was a hardware problem. The seller on amazon would not let us return or exchange it and EPSON said only thing to do was to take it to a service company to look at it under warranty. The closest location they had was 80 miles away! Not the kind of support I'm looking for. We will switch to another brand and buy a different printer.
