OKI C650dn A4 färglaserskrivare [28,5kg]

Printer arrived with toner leaking throughout. Contacted customer service for a cleaning procedure or a local service agent so it could be checked out before I switched the machine on. Customer service asked for the printer to be sent back so they could replace it with another one. 4 weeks later i am still waiting and getting the run around as to when the replacement (currently in stock) will be sent out.

Best Color printer I have purchased, it is also very fast.
