My husband was supposed to bring the Black and Decker Corded belt sander back for a refund. As he didnt have my card B and Q replaced it instead of refunding it. I am going to get him to take it back and ask for a refund as was originally expected and it was of a poor quality and not fit for purpose.

Nice and simple tool to use. One note of caution is check the belt sizes, the website proposed buying the wrong size.

I bought this for the specific task of cleaning up a painted railng which was rusting. It performed well in removing those areas of rust which were causing a problem. However after about 2 hours of intermittent use the rubber ring covering the front pulley split and detached itself. This appears to have slackened the sanding belt since it now comes off with very little pressure on it.

This is the second one I've owned as they're good value for the money. The belts have a tendency to jump off occasionally & eventually the rubber on the end will wear off but they're priced accordingly.
