I exchanged my GF 970 as it stopped working. The return and exchange was incredibly easy. Thank you REI.

970 har stora fabrikationsfel i form av skärmproblem. Den klickar in i menyer under pågående svepning. Dvs nör man scrollar i menyer tror enheten att ett tryck skett och går då in i menyer lite då och då. Har haft bekymmer med ghost touch och nu även detta. Köp inte en prototyp och lek testingenjör åt garmin. Usch

I purchased this as a cycling watch for the maps and such. It's definitely a learning curve, and I'd be lying if I said I haven't considered returning it. I wish Garmin had starter videos because I have so many questions and have nowhere to go.

I received my watch the first week of July and have been having trouble with the display. Spoke with a garmin reps who has eventually agreed to replace it with the caveat that the replacement may also have problems since it is a software problem.

Honestly I was skeptical of the price and the flashlight feature, however there is not a single day where I regret my purchase. The flashlight is extremely useful, the watch is lightweight, and has great battery life. Also, although I work in pretty rough conditions and have banged my watch on all sorts of stuff there is not a single scratch. I honestly can’t even believe how quality the glass is.
