Hi I reach out regarding my item not arriving. I received a box but when I opened it was empty. I have try reaching out for a replacement or refund but I was denied. Please reach out before I do a claim to my bank.

My husband absolutely loves his glasses. They are very good quality, comfortable to wear and have awesome features.

I honestly think it’s better off just getting a regular pair of Ray-Ban‘s. Mine worked for literally one year and the speaker stopped working. Unfortunately, this happened right when my warranty was up. I have transitional lenses so I might just sell those in the case on OfferUp or something.
