The timing of the delivery was perfect, unfortunately the product ordered and received was not as detailed. I ordered "Shiny black" Ray ban Meta glasses and received "Matte Black". In addition to this mistake that was not my fault, i incurred a $37 restocking fee upon my return of the device. So not only did i not get the product that i selected for order i was also charged. As a customer that has been with AT&T for over 20 years i was extremely disappointed.

I placed an online order for prescription sunglasses, ensuring that both my vision insurance and prescription information were correctly entered. Unfortunately, the company completely disregarded my request and sent standard, non-prescription sunglasses. My attempts to resolve this with customer service were deeply frustrating. The initial representative lacked basic knowledge of the optical department, and she disconnected the call. I called again and requested a supervisor and waited on hold for almost an hour, only to find that she also did not understand their optical fulfillment process. It is unacceptable that a customer can understand their workflow faster than their own management team. Please use caution if ordering prescription eyewear from this company, as their fulfillment and customer support are highly unreliable for product than need customizations.

I was incredibly skeptical about these glasses, but after real world testing for 6 months, they are legit. The high quality camera give you hands free video and pictures (no need to waste time pulling out a phone and potential missing a moment) and they double as earbuds, letting you listen to music and still having your ears open for conversation. These glasses also integrate AI, so no more google searching. Just say “hey meta” and any question goes answered. My favorite and most used is “hey meta, what time is it?” Lol
