The controls on the cooker are very poor. The pointer on the control knobs is very difficult to see in less than excellent light. The controls knobs and surrounding temperature guides are out of alignment showing very sloppy workmanship. The controls are spongy to turn and it is difficult to align them to the right temperature accurately. The markings on the bottom oven temperature guide are far too close together making it difficult to set the correct temperature accurately. The main issue that we have is that the oven temperatures are hotter than they should be resulting in us having to adjust the way that we use it. We are really disappointed with this cooker.

Improvement Points: This was a direct replacement for my old Zanussi or so I thought. It no longer has the facility to preset the ovens. Whilst the top oven is the same size as the old one the shelf runners are much higher so I can no longer get my casserole dish in. The knobs stick out a ridiculous amount. The shelves are really cheap & clunky and not smooth running so things spill when you're getting them out. The clock display is the same size overall but the actual digits are smaller so you can only see them if you're right on top of it. Overall, everything about it is cheap, except the price.

Good Points: It heats food quickly Improvement Points: Because burners provides direct heat the holes in burner get clogged and you have problems cleaning them and you don't get proper Flame

Good Points: Big burner powerful Improvement Points: If anything spills on the hob, it immediately burns on and you can not clean it off! I’ve scrubbed and scrubbed! The hob is only a few weeks old and already looks older than my old one that was several years old!! Wish I hadn’t got it!
