I purchased an HP 27in All-in-One Desktop to replace my eight-year-old HP A-I-O Desktop. The new one has a larger screen and comes with Windows 11. The old one was working great and I loved it for a long time but it was just time for me to treat myself to a new one.

My set up is not complete. I was told I would have help and I have had none. I am really not happy because I thought I would have help. I need to know a local rep I can call to come and help me.

computer is worthless....whenever connected to the internet, it constantly freezes.....unable to use computer when connected to internet....a waste of money
