This is my second Dualit hand blender - my original was 15 years old! I only replaced as the booster button had stopped working and I use this feature a lot for my blending. I probably could have carried on with my old one but thought it had definitely earned its retirement - well partial as I passed my old one to my son. This is a brilliant blender and the attachments make it such a good purchase/price for high quality!

bought one but it was not working so It was collected and then lost for a month! I then made a request only to find out that the blender was beyond repairs and that the warranty add been void because it at been used in a professional kitchen...I now need to pay for postage to get it returned but cannot be repaired this item was actually brand new and the fact is that it was faulty before I actually used it! DUALIT are not to be trusted be very careful
