I purchased this a month ago and am so Impressed. It’s lightweight, powerful and easy to store without the large generator my previous one had.

I bought this about a month ago and was happy with it, after using it once, it now doesn’t work, but I threw the box out as I was originally satisfied with this product. May I return it to store for a replacement

This is the 3rd steam station I've had, all different brands. The first time I used this one I was a bit dissapointed because it was just the same as my old one. I was thinking about returning it but, I put some more padding on my ironing board and I'm so glad I didnt return it. It wasnt the iron it was what I was ironing on. Its halved my ironing time. Its so much lighter than my old one so my arms and shoulder don't hurt and finally I'm up to date with my ironing. The tank capacity is the same as my old iron but for anyone switching from a traditional iron you'll find this much better as it lasts so long. The locking system enabling easy carrying makes such a difference. Ive not quite mastered getting the cord into the holder but its no big deal being able to carry it with one had makes up for it. Im glad I made this purchase and I would recommend

I bought this a couple of months ago now and love it! Easy to use no dial settings as adapts to material would highly recommend
