Philips Azur 8000 Series DST8050/20 får beröm för sin kraftfulla ånga och förmåga att snabbt ta bort envisa veck, även på tjocka tyger. Den stora vattentanken och automatiska ångfunktionen gör strykningen bekväm och effektiv. Med en temperaturinställning undviker du brännmärken och kan stryka alla tyger utan justering. Strykjärnet är dock ganska tungt, vilket kan bli tröttsamt vid längre användning. Sprayfunktion saknas och automatisk avstängning tar åtta minuter. Sammantaget är detta ett mycket kraftfullt och användarvänligt ångstrykjärn, särskilt för den som stryker ofta.

We have used a number of high end steam irons and steam stations. The Philips Perfectcare is simple to use with minimal buttons/knobs making it perfect for my lady.

I purchased this iron two years ago, assuming that a higher price would mean better quality and fewer issues. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. Over the past few months, it has started leaving brown stains on my clothes. Despite my attempts to clean it, the internal pipes have rusted, making it beyond repair. In addition to that, the iron takes a long time to heat up and consumes a lot of water during use. It’s also quite heavy, which makes it uncomfortable for longer ironing sessions. Overall, this has been a poor investment. I expected durability and performance, but it hasn't delivered on either. I now have to throw it away. Honestly, a cheaper model would have performed just as well—if not better.
