Osprey Men's Aether Plus 70 Eclipse Grey

Well made pack. I have no complaints. Great storage pockets.

Says it's mens but it's really unisex depending on your build, I'm female and have quite square hips so this style fits way better than the Ariel. Tried it on in store its an excellent fit and the detatchable backpack was totally worth going for the plus imo.

I am replacing my old Aether with another as I got great miles out of my old one and have been very happy with it. The Lid being convertible into a day pack is a particularly good feature.

I took this pack on a 12 day 75 mile trek at Philmont Scout Ranch and it worked amazing. It holds items very well and the included pack cover kept my bag dry though out the daily rain storms. The day pack was amazing for our 12 mile hike of baldy. The only thing is that I recommend is that you buy a seperat rain cover as the day pack doesn’t come with a second one.

This pack was purchased for a multi-day trip to the Wind River Range. I upgraded from a REI pack that was wearing out. The pack worked really well. There are lots of adjustments and it took a little bit to get it adjusted just right for me. The pack is well built and designed. I love the various pockets that I can stuff things into. Having the top come off and be used as a small day pack was an added bonus that I didn’t think I would use but turned out to be very handy for some day hikes from our camp. The rain fly is also a nice bonus and has come in handy a few times. I’ve now used this on 3 trips and would recommend it.
