MSR Elixir 4 V2 - Tält Green Unik storlek

Used on a 4 day hike in the Appalachian Trail and it worked beautifully under heavy rain for 2 adults and 2 teens. Early April. Between NC and TN.

Rainfly delaminated after a year stored in a closet at room temperature ( 70 F ) and low humidity ( 40 $ ), for no reason. Coating cracked and fall, and afbric got a faded color. Contacted MSR 3 times for a replacement rainfly but no response after 2 weeks.

Bra tält som vi har för familjen på två vuxna och två barn. Bra ventilation och går mycket snabbt att resa, går även bra att resa yttertältet först om det regnar, dock inte lika smidigt. Två ingångar är skönt när man är ute med familjen. Har inte haft problem med läckage vid regn men heller inte varit ute i ihållande ösregn. Ska man hitta något negativt så är det väl att absiderna är något små.

Could be lighter, with more mesh but over all It's a great one person tent. You could squeeze 2 love birds in there if you needed to.

So we went on a 6 day trip to Glacier National Park. We split the tent up between 3 grown men. One took poles and footprint, one had the tent and the other the rain fly. The tent was very spacious fit all 3 6 foot+ guys and our bags inside. Vestibules fit all bags on one side and two camp chairs. Definitely light enough if you are splitting the work. Set up is quick and easy. I did it myself the first time to see if it was possible cause some reviews complained about it being hard. I also set up just the footprint and fly by itself to see how it worked. It was super simple and would make it nice if it was pouring rain. All in all it was a great tent. I would say only flaw is fly isn't the tightest, could have some condensation drip if it wasn't vented well.
