Philips G3 Premium Gum Care - 2x Soniska tandborsthuvuden - Svart - HX9052/33

Pros: Great brush heads - size is just right to get all the way back of the mouth and clean around the molars. Cons: I wish it came in 4 pack instead of two and with an affordable price range.

I began to use the toothbrush on 01012019, it was very quiet and cleaned very well, the app did not connect each time to work in sync while brushing my teeth. Lat week on 1 Feb 2019, the toothbrush begun to emit a loud noise as I was brushing my teeth and has continued since. My prior sonicare flex care brush sounds better that this one.

I received MEDIUM replacement heads instead of soft, as described. I called customer service but the wait was too long so I gave up. Very disappointed overall with my entire experience and will now be switching to a different brand of toothbrush.

Was expecting a much better quality using a Philips brand name product. Very disappointed. Bristles came off the rubber brush head, almost swallowed them. And that just after one month of usage. Should not happen. Could have just bought a fake name product on Amazon instead, and not pay a premium. Customer Service did not offer a replacement either. After spending over 15min on the phone, giving all kind of information even about my toothbrush itself (which was not related, brush heads were a separate order...), and then was told that there is no warranty on accessories. Very disappointed again. Been using Philips dental care products for years.

I have been using the G3 Premium Gum Care Philips Sonicare brush head some quite some time now and I can recommend this product to anyone who is struggling with sensitive gums. Really easy to attach and I have seen a big difference in my gum health.
