bought this as a bundle with the mouse—mouse is great, but the keyboard isn't worth the price. You can't set a custom color for Caps Lock when it's active, only when it's off, which is disappointing. Worse, from the moment I unboxed it, three keys—Escape, Left Shift, and Spacebar—have consistently stuck. Cleaning and lubricating them didn't fix the issue.

Fantastic keyboard. Bought it for my Alienware setup, but it's easily one of the best I've owned. Low‑profile yet extremely sturdy with zero flex. Super responsive—keys register about a third of the way down, making typing light, fast, and effortless. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. 10/10.

This keyboard genuinely impressed me. It delivers a solid mechanical feel without being overly loud, and the low-profile design stays comfortable for long gaming or work sessions. The magnetic charging connector is a standout feature, making it easy to switch between charging and full wireless use without fumbling with cables. Wireless performance has been reliable, and battery life has been excellent so far. Physical media controls are another big win. Dedicated volume controls and a media knob for skipping tracks are incredibly convenient while gaming or multitasking. RGB lighting looks great and syncs seamlessly with Alienware Command Center, which is a nice bonus if you're already in the Alienware ecosystem. Overall, it feels premium and very well thought out.

I paid a premium for this keyboard, but it started declining on the third year after normal use. I was led to believe it was supposed to last much longer than that. Some key switches intermittently started failing. They are NOT even hot swappable; replacing them requires desoldering. In the end, I ended up throwing the keyboard away. I don't recommend this. There are better alternatives and at a much lower price.
