The phone shipped on time, easy to transfer and ship back the existing one. Simple transaction saving us from having to go into the store and talk to staff that aren't interested in helping us because they are not selling a new line or account therefore not making commissions or sales targets.

Little disappointed with new phone. Touch/responsiveness isn’t great. It gets hot easily and doesn’t seem to hold charge as well as my old phone :(
