It’s not about the phone. It’s the fact that I never received it. The very helpful customer service representatives tried to fix the issue to cancel the order because I never received it. I was able to order a different phone. We will see if I get it. The only positive part of the experience was the customer service staff being very courteous and respectful while trying to resolve the issue.

This phone is truly remarkable in just about everything I require it to do. Switches from android to this 14pro max, and I’m happy I did. INCREDIBLE battery life..just awesomeness

The fragility of this phone is absolutely insane!! A totally completely glass back that breaks so easily and chips away. The entire phone and the way that it functions is faulty, cheap, and disappointing. I am grateful though that this one will be my last!
