We purchased the phone on 9/16, paid extra for expedited shipping to arrive on 9/17 before we left on vacation on the 25th. The phone was never shipped and we called on the 18th, the 19th and the 22nd to cancel the order so that we could go to a Verizon store to purchase a new phone. It still shows that the phone is getting ready to ship, it still shows the it’s in our next bill and Verizon sends this email for a review of a phone that we canceled and do not have possession of. The customer service for Verizon has absolutely be terrible through this whole ordeal. It’s still not totally resolved and we are SERIOUSLY considering changing carriers.

Never order anything off the app if it’s not the newest iPhone. 2 day shipping turned into 10 days and every agent lying and saying it’s on the way. Still have yet to receive it and now “all the sudden” my current iPhone lost all service except when on Wi-Fi. Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with… when you can get ahold of them.

Verizon never shipped this phone . Took 10 days to find out they were out of stock . Not one customer service representative I spoke to during that time frame could tell me that until I called to cancel the transaction and tried to reorder on day 10 .

I upgraded from a iPhone 10 to the 14 pro. I haven’t had any issues. I love all the features. It is the right size for me and the memory is just right for my needs.
