Honor 400 Smart 5G sticker ut med extremt lång batteritid och ett stort batteri, vilket gör den idealisk för användare som vill ladda sällan. Telefonen erbjuder solid grundprestanda, en flytande 120 Hz-skärm och modern 5G-anslutning till ett konkurrenskraftigt pris. Men RAM-minnet är begränsat, vilket kan hämma multitasking och framtida användning. Skärmen är stor, men upplösningen är relativt låg, så bilden är mindre skarp än hos konkurrenter. Laddning tar lång tid på grund av det stora batteriet, och avsaknaden av minneskortsplats är en nackdel för de som vill ha mer lagringsutrymme.
