This is a beautiful product. I bought it for a present to one of my clients who is a elder man. He didn’t want to have a smartphone because is too big. So, I was looking info on webs and I found this one. My client is soooooo happy because he can make calls again It’s great for those people who likes the old Tecnology in a new device The price is more than affordable.

I could not use them in South America,Uruguay. Seller answer was "it is unblocked and not compatible with phones carriers down there". Companies down there asked me for code to unlocked them,seller answered bak they are unlocked and not compatible with companies. Final result I can not get refund because the phones are in South America. Amazon sent me the labels to return them. To be fair with the seller the two phones looked brand new,I"ll never know if they will wotk though.

I gambled on this cheap phone because this was not to be my main phone, but just a very limited use one. However, I wasn't able to know this until I had it in my hand and was able to use the IMEI, code at my service providers website, which confirmed that this phone would not work. I actually liked the size and feel, in my hand, but some of the basic features are more difficult to learn (like putting it on mute).

I bought this unlocked and international nokia and I had to return it because it requires a code to arrive in my country. I do not recommend this product I have returned it. Marie

I'm not sure why the review shows touch screen rating because it's not a touch screen phone. Other than that it's a good little phone.
