Gets very hot and freezes up allot. Charging only works sometimes and need to use wireless due to malfunction. States debre in charger tho there is not. Took it in since have insurance but was told I need to wait till paid off for upgrade. Besides those, great speed and longevity.

Do not purchase one of these phones now in 2026. The latest OS update bricked my phone that I just paid off a couple months ago. The system UI freezes and will not respond, shutting off the phone and it may take hours before you can power it up again and get the Samsung screen to come up. Good luck if it stays on long enough to log in to the OS. It was a great phone until the latest One UI update in late Jan/early Feb. And apparently this is a situation that has happened with previous recent updates if you look at the online forums. Either Samsung/Google isn't testing well enough or they are purposely forcing older phones to not function with their newer software so you have to pony up the expense to replace perfectly good hardware.

This phone started out ok. After some time you'll realize how horrible the speakers are. They are sensitive to pressure or humidity. They crackle, I have to repeatedly call people back due to poor sound quality. Phone gets hot because of the processor. 3700 mah battery seems like it would be good but I'm always charging this phone like and old s8. Soon as I can I'm switching phones.

Like many are saying in reviews, I agree. The list goes on about how bad this phone is and how much of a pain it is to deal with these issues. I'm stuck paying off for this awful phone. I hope this phone is taking off the market and no one deals with what many of us have had to deal with. The list is too long and trust me and many, please do not waste your money on this really bad phone. Shame on Samsung for even having this phone still showing in stores...

No Sd card slot. Wish I'd looked at that first instead of remembering after i got tge thing. Not enough memory for what i have already.
