Ive had 3 different models of this phone and on each one thw screen malfunctioned. They still havent designed a screen that can withstand the constant opening and closing of the fold and the screen becomes so damaged that it juat goea black after less than a year of regular use. Cant believe they are atill maeketing it like it is some innovative product. Buy at your own risk.

The phone itself is fantastic. But the ergonomics are eclipsed by the incredibly poor battery life. You need to have a auxiliary battery on hand at all times because the battery life literally goes from 100% to 5% in about 3 hours. I've tried all of the suggested battery saving suggestions from Verizon corporate, but they don't do squat.

The battery life on this phone is abysmal. You need to carry a portable charger with you at all times because the phone will go from 100% to 0 within 3 hours. And that kind of totally defeats the ergonomic design. Also, this phone does not include DEX, which I found to be a really wonderful feature on my previous Samsung phones.

I am not typically a brand loyalist, but I have been with both Galaxy phones and Verizon. At first I loved my Flip 5, it fit into my pocket, the screen was totally handy, all-in-all it was a dream phone. Then, it developed the dreaded green line across the screen at the fold. I had this repaired once by Samsung, at a cost of about $250. After a few months it has developed the same problem, only this time neither Samsung nor Verizon will provide support. My out-of-pocket cost is more than I still owe on the phone, but Samsung and Verizon will not accept it for trade-in. It's really too bad, I've been with Verizon and Samsung for over 25 years but now I will be seeking an alternative so that I don't get jammed again the phone. Verizon/Samsung: You just lost a very good and loyal customer.

I got this phone it lasted about a month then it started flickering and I called Verizon l got it fixed it lasted about a month are so them the same thing it started flickering l called Verizon and they said l could send it to Samsung to get it fixed so l did it was ok for awhile then this December it started flickering again so l called Verizon they sent me a replacement phone same kind Z,5 flip phone l had it 4 days and now it's showing ads and videos ads everywhere on Google, in my photo, notebook, in my messages l just wished l had a upgrade l would I get something else so these Z5 flip phone are not any good l once had a insurance where they fixed it in the store are got you a new phone off the shelf now this new insurance is not very good
