Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6 | 1 TB | Silver Shadow

I switched from Apple to Samsung a year ago, and will never look back! This phone is so versatile, reliable, and fun. I like the slimmer front screen so it fits in my pocket a little easier and my thumb reaches across fairly easily. The full screen is VERY nice for videos, typing and handwriting with a stylus. It's all around a huge upgrade and was actually a cheaper monthly cost when I traded in my iPhone that I had for 3 years. I highly recommend a case that covers the hinge (mine is Spigen) to protect the hinge from lent and dirt from being in my pocket. It has done great through yard work debris and carpentry sawdust finding its way into my pocket. The only downside is the battery will drain pretty quickly when using the full screen, but it can still survive the whole day with intermittent use.

This phone is still deleting my files and photos without my permission. I have gone into settings and attempted to stop my phone from doing this. Also phone is always closing apps right In middle of using them. This is absolutely the worst phone l habd ever gotten. I will be trying to retun in next month because it doesn't function like a phone should.

Bought through Verizon. I have always been an Apple phone fan. But wanted to try this Z Fold. Worse decision ever phone wise. No problem setting up the phone. Problems arose afterwards. First could not sign into my Google account on the phone. Evidently when I first used Google or Samsung I used a iPad. That was 15 years and many IPads later. The number used then is tied to Google account so can’t sign into Google services with this phone. Second no personal support, only online AI chat support. WITW. SO problem can’t be solved through that avenue. Third could not get the Samsung phone care plan cause I can’t sign into Google. A waste of money, time, and effort.

Bottom line for buyers: If you’re spending flagship money, expect flagship hardware – but prepare for budget-level after-care. Samsung’s warranty is a marketing trap snapping shut the moment the screen folds the wrong way. Save yourself the stress – buy something that doesn’t fold and doesn’t forget you exist after the sale.
