Celestron Travel Scope 70 - Teleskop - 70 mm - f/5.7 - refraktor

I have returned this item as it wasn’t what I expected,

Bought this but it looks xheap and frail looking,so returned it

Very disappointed. The lenses are very good but the tripod is very unstable, impossible to focus on anything smaller than the moon

Bought this for my 14 year old...he loves it ..good entry level telescope. You don't see the craters on the moon..very cool..Tripod is q bit flimsy as mentioned by most but overall a good product

We are amateur sky observers, and this does the job. The tripod is flimsy, which makes setting up quite tricky. I used my own tripod, and it worked tons better. First view of the moon was amazing. Look, one is not going to see the nebulae and deep sky objects, mars and stars look clear, but it is a bright blob you will see, tons clearer than one would with a regular set of binoculars, but expectations must not be unrealistic. Magnifier works ok, still figuring out how the Barlow lens work. I like one can casually view between the sky and daytime objects.
