I had bought this in February 2024 and in March 2026 the top part of the handle came apart from the base. As expensive as this was, it should’ve lasted a lot longer. And it was treated with great care. Never once put in a dishwasher. No dents or scratches because it was never dropped or thrown around. I used it in my house. I have no way of repairing it except to glue the handle and I do not trust any type of glue when it’s full of ice water.

Weak handle connection and awkward cap removal. The bottom portion of handle disconnected from mug. Yes it keeps the liquid cold, but design improvement needed.

Love Staley! It definitely keeps things cold. Fits the car cup holder which is a must!

I ordered a stanley cup from here, the cup itself is great and the quality is amazing the only problem is the terrible way it was “packed” for delivery. It was wrapped in one thin piece of tissue paper and put in a brown paper bag that was way to big for the item then folded in half. The cup being metal, had a small dent on the bottom due to delivery luckily a majority of the white marks left over by the damage were wiped away with some scrubbing but a very small dent still remains. This was a Xmas gift so I decided to leave it and let the giftee decide if they would like to exchange it.
