Bought to replace cordless phones from a long time ago, or even a very long time ago, they do the job... - Large screen: very practical when you're presbyopic and your glasses are a long way off. - Good audio quality whether you're using the handset or the speakerphone.

The screen does not switch off automatically in normal mode. This is very annoying at night. It's a shame.

I've always had gigasets, the good thing about them is that you can add other gigaset solo phones internally, which is useful when you have a large house.

So far, the phones are working properly. The only problem, which is a bit annoying for me, is that the screen lighting on each handset is constantly on and despite digging around in the settings I haven't found a way to deactivate it so that the screen isn't permanently over-lit. I don't think this will be good for battery life. I bought this model because I already had almost the same one, but the handsets gradually broke down after several years of use. On these old handsets I could set the backlight so that when they were not in use, the screen went into standby mode. It's a shame because otherwise everything's OK.

I am very pleased with the service and the quality of the product, although I was disappointed with the delivery times, I would recommend this product for its simplicity and efficiency.
