Should have a uk plug! Should also make it clear that a DECT phone doesn’t work on its own: it doesn’t connect to the phone line directly but through an extra piece of technology which you buy separately.

on the description of the phone there was no mention that it has a European 2 pin plug, also the instruction manual is in German.

I have analogue and VoIP lines and they are working without problems. But I can't say the same for Gigaset support. I have a simple issue because the ability to save configurations to PC is not working. Gigaset closed my enquiry about this without providing any reply excepted for acknowledging the question.

i have had this handset for many yrs now,but sadly its died on me! so i will be purchasing another one today! that should tell you everything you need to know......... Mandy
