Gardena COMFORT GRENSAKS

An expensive piece of tool but fails in performance. The ratchet mechanism does not engage most of the time. It states it will cut through 42mm Dia but cutting up to 18mm was an effort.

First the not so good. The price. Very expensive for what it is. However... It is very well made and does the job extremely well. Slices through branches as if it was grass. The ratchet mechanism works well so no effort is required no matter what you are cutting. Simple positive locking clip for storage. The handles are not extendable but with the efficient ratchet you don't need it. I have found in the past extendable handles are usually the first things to break as they give more leverage than the tool can take. Feels like they will last for years. Glad I bought them and would recommend.

Good product once you get used to the ratchet movement
