the picture quality is great, and the tv was surprisingly easy to install and set up with al my favourite apps. I'm very happy with this tv. it's responsive to the remote and works a treat.

Excellent purchase from start to finish. Ordering online after speaking to staff at Preston branch a piece of cake. Delivery, on time and all good. Extremely satisfied with the picture and sound of the LG TV. Connection to an existing Humax recorder simple. Navigating the apps', setting's etc via the remote control very easy. I recommend viewing the odd YouTube video for information about adjusting settings to your personal preference.

I was toying with a new TV and keeping an eye on LG C5 offers when I saw a deal on another site. A quick call to Richer Sounds and they matched the price without hesitation saving me an additional £400. They also reduced the delivery cost slightly so I could have it on the day I required. The communication through the whole process was friendly and professional and the entire experience was great. The TV is great and a real step up over my previous CX model. In addition the extra peace of mind from the 6 year guarantee is most welcome. Thank you!
