My TV was DEAD ON ARRIVAL. LG has been the worst company I've ever worked with to get this fixed. It has been over a month and a half and I still have a dead 83" TV missing up my entertaining space and they refuse to just send a replacement TV. They continue ordering parts and taking forever to do anything meanwhile there various departments give the run around and no one has authority to get anything done placing blame on other departments. I love their products when they work but a brand new TV that they can't fix in a timely manner is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen and I'm stuck waiting for a company to fix a paid for product that doesn't care about their customers time. These companies should have more accountability

Broken out of the box, I bought on black friday , I just moved so I had it in storage for 1 month untill I was ready ,they wouldn't replace it because it was physical damage and it was past 14 days , spent 5500 and never even used it ,lg are criminals dont buy!!

Tv is good, very good pic if only for basic stuff this is perfect. Now the downside: 1) Settings is a little to be desired. Whoever was coders firvthis gave up real easy. Nit " easy to use". 2) customer support stinks Wasted 3 hours with 3 duff techs who gad NO UDEA HIW TO FIX ANBISSUE. JEOT READING FRO. A MANUAL. IN FAXT EVERYTIME I STATED SOMETHINGBON CFAT THEYCWOULD ONJY ANSEWR 1 WORD...WGICH SHUWS THEY ARECREADING A SCREEN. AND "no", issue still not fixed because ofvthe clugginess of software. For $5k woukdvthink there woukd be better support...nope

After upgrading to a G5 83" (from my old C9 77), I was pleasantly surprised with the improved brightness and the colors. This TV is much better OLED for a room with lots of daylight. I did find the sound a little muffled (AI Sound doesn't seem to work well for my living room). Standard settings sounded best for my room, but you should consider a soundbar or AV receiver.
