You haven't shipped my order and you are unable to tell me when it will ship and your chat-bot won't let me speak to a live person. When I do call and get to a person after sitting on hold, I am bounced literally 4 times between different people before the line suddenly goes dead. This is by far the worst customer service I have received in decades.

Great product. The response time when utilizing apps is very smooth, the contrast ratio is excellent as well.

The TV was easy to set up, very nice picture, I wish it had a few more features that are common on some of the upper end TV's, but this size 43 inch and 4K it definitely enhance my TV viewing
