Great picture! Q feature is Unbelievable! But hard to initially figure out how to use remote and settings. Older Air Pods won’t pair with 2018 model. Had to use computer (not past Samsung TV’s) skills to decipher how to use. Very heavy for self installation. Have 2-3 very strong people to install table top and especially wall mount. Very prompt delivery and courteous delivery (two of them). However, not at all experienced in use of type of TV with computer receiver/transmitter type controller box.

The slick one connect box setup looks great... until it stops working. I was 1 month out of warranty when my TV started spontaneously powering on. Check out prices for replacement one connect cables and boxes, they are a larger portion of the cost of the TV. I am going to be in for $600 in hopes that this thing stops powering itself on. For the technically inclined, yes, I isolated the problem to what I though was the cable, and later learned was the box.

TV looks great, OneConnect box is nice for my application. But after 12 months, the digital tuner is having problems. I contacted support, and they were not very supportive. I'm an engineer, and I know that the signal is strong (it is working on five other TV's in the house, one of which is another Samsung...), but they think that the digital problems are due to a weak signal. The problem I am having is that all digital sub-channels display the primary channel instead of the sub-channel; so 25-1, 25-2, 25-3, and 25-4 (four different broadcast channels) all display the content from 25-1. Same behavior with the other digital channels. I have a 4-year extended warranty through Square, but I need to wait for the current warranty to end before they will step in. Bummer.

Hoping that there are more 4K programs, for the ones that I see, the picture is superb! Remote is probably the only thing lacking, for you must do most on screen, using remote to navigate.

I never buy a TV for the smart features, but the navigation and response works well. The TV as a TV is amazing! Beautiful picture all around.
