Sharp picture, brilliant colors. With no glare even on bright sunny days. Easy on the eyes and makes me not want to go to the movies! Rather watch it at home.

Think the picture is great. Think the ART mode is very clunky, for a company that has had years to make it more user friendly. Seems like since there are threads online everywhere about the same complaints, a little programming improvement or two or three, would go a long way in making it much easier to use. For instance, I put art in my favorites, but can't figure out how to move, not delete, it out of my favorites. I'd like to be able to make my own folders, a spring folder, a fall folder, etc...maybe it's doable but so far I can't figure out how and it should be more user friendly.

We are so pleased with this purchase. The frame is stunning. The TV is huge. The picture is crystal clear. The features are amazing. It is by far the best investment we have ever made. The graphics, the options, the endless possibilities that this TV offers, is unlike any other. If you have been thinking about getting a picture frame television but you are hesitating due to the price. My recommendation is to just do it. You will not regret it. It is money well spent on something that will enhance your home life every single day.

TV looks great however the wireless box sucks and so does the software. Then, four months into owning the TV the picture gets distorted and the TV begins powering itself off—starting off a month+ craptacular experience with Samsung customer service. The software is BAD. Laggy, requiring you to detach the unit from power every few days just to be usable. Now the wireless box forces you to use it and makes pass through annoying. Then, the “range” on it is absolutely a joke and I hope you enjoy frequent icons flashing about connection issues WHEN THE BOX IS RIGHT BELOW YOUR TV.
