Tv lasted 2.5 years, guess I should have gotten the extended warranty. The smart tv part want very good either, it has always been slow, laggy. It was just easier to use another streaming device instead of Samsung. Overall the picture was good,

The TV was amazing, I would give it a 5 star review but it only lasted about 3 years and burned out, 3/4 of the screen is black and the only section that somewhat turns on is the far left side.

This TV was working fine and all until one day the whole screen went black. Unfortunately it was a month too late to get any help and also a month too late for the warranty to do anything. Kinda bummed Samsungs warranty was only for 2 years considering the circumstances.

As a name brand television.. it comes with all advanced features.. this was a great buy for my family room.. has always a big buyer of samsung brand

For a samsung tv I was expecting more it's like why do you need to control everything samsung I had a roku tv it was awesome you plug in a sound bar it worked samsung it works but every time you turn it off you need to tell it to work again and if you plug in a chrome cast or roku or any media you cant just turn the tv to your hdmi channels you need to program it to work how samsung wants it then every time you want to use that you have to ...nevermind it's fine tv but has audio issues my tv even crashed the very first day works fine but sound is buggy if you use a soundbar even one from samsung
