Very pleased with my recent purchase it looks very smart in my kitchen and boils quickly, I especially like how it pours both smooth and evenly.

This is our second of this model of kettle. The first died after more than 2 years of multiple uses daily and we loved how it looked and how fast it was so bought another to replace it. We particularly like the scale filter which is easy to remove and clean. We have very hard water here in London and even after filtering it still causes scale to build up. This kettle prevents it getting in your tea! Can't really fault it - it's fast, stylish and does what it's supposed to do very well!

As other have said its noisy, gets worse over time. After about 18 months of use by only two people the lid has snapped clean off. Expected better by Bosch. Ripped off again
